Matrix Performing Arts is proud of our newest ensemble: M3! This ensemble has been created to serve high school students in the Akron Ohio area as an opportunity to continue educational growth and to provide an opportunity for students from schools throughout NE Ohio to come together as a percussion community.
    The ensemble will rehearse 2-3 weekday evenings during the season in order to simulate a typical high school rehearsal schedule and will be taught by Rob Ferguson, members of the Matrix World instructional staff, and current members of Matrix World.

    M3 performed in the OIPA Circuit Remote Events in 2021 for our inaugural season, competed in WGI Independent A class for the 2022 season where we took 1st place and was reclassified to Independent Open during our 2023 season!

    We are extremely excited to offer this unique opportunity to your percussionists and performers in the Akron area to give students the opportunity to continue to learn, grow, and perform in a safe and educational environment during these challenging times.
